Berlin, is the Dönercapital. Döner Kebab excist since 250 years as a meal on a plate (Iskender). In 1971 Mehmet Aygün got that idea to put the meal on a plate in bread which is getting to a new sector of industry.

Hasir has meanwhile because of his türkish cuisine composed of:
soups, cold- warm starters, grills as well as fish dishes, salads and selfmade desserts been popularize all over the world.
